Finding difficulties in selecting the right chocolate moulds ?

Here we go with another post, explaining what and which mould to buy....

Based on Quality, Purpose and Usage

1. Plastic Moulds- These are quite economic in prices but do not offer quality finish in chocolates. The chances are high that the chocolate may break or not easily gets demoulded. Recommended only if you want to make plain chocolate for domestic use. These cost around 50 INR.

2. Silicon Moulds - These chocolate moulds are superb for usage. These are the best for making flavored chocolate as they are flexible and hence easily gets demoulded. Their storage is also easy and It costs around 150 INR.

3. Polycarbonate Moulds - These chocolate moulds are made up of extremely high quality and thus provides you best chocolate finish also it takes less time to work with these as these are meant for rough and tough usage. It costs around 500 INR but worth it.
