I am pursuing MBA and i have completed my graduation in Hotel management. I have a passion of training people henceforth i started to write this blog sharing recipes and knowledge about food and beverages.
After working with various 5 star hotels, I thought of simplifying things and sharing it with people so that they just don't learn how to proceed with the recipes but the in depth science of various ingredients involved. Thus leading them to build their skills with creativity and innovation.
