Before we start with the recipe I'd like share some information about truffle.
Chocolate truffle is used in almost everything in patisserie. Such as - Breads, Cakes, Flavor of chocolate, Muffins and many more desserts.
In fact, truffle is used more than chocolate itself as it is more rich, creamy and consistent for layering.

Method
1. Chop the chocolate and keep it aside in a bowl.2. In a pan, pour the cream and bring it to boil.
3. Once the boil comes into cream remove the pan from stove and add the chopped chocolate into it.
4. Cover the pan with a lid and after 5 mins remove it and stir so that the chocolate is melted completely.
5. Truffle is ready, cool it down a little and then use it for flavoring chocolates, on cakes ,as per your requirement.
In the above image, I have used truffle in the cake and for designing the top I have mixed the truffle with whip cream, thus giving it a light brown color
