Flavoring Chocolates


Searching to learn the art of  flavoring chocolates?

Today, I'll sharing with you the simplified art of adding flavors to chocolates.

Method

Step 1  Making Shells
  1. Once the chocolate have been melted put them in the moulds.
  2. Now give them time for a minute, then flip the moulds in the bowl of melted chocolate again so that all the filled excess chocolate falls back.
  3. Once chocolate has been collected back in the bowl, clean the surface of the moulds in order to avoid wastage as well as gives the perfect shape to the final product.
  4. Ensure there are no left out gaps in the moulds if there are any kindly repeat the process to avoid leakage.
  5. Refrigerate the chocolates. 
Chocolate flavoring through moulds
This is how your moulds should be looking after following the method.
  1. Make the flavor of your choice, i usually choose ice cream and dry fruits(cashew, almonds, raisins, pine nut, walnut, pistachio e.t.c.).
  2. Remove the chocolate moulds from refrigerator and add the flavoring agent in the chocolate moulds.
  3. Ensure the quantity of flavor limited as per half size of the mould and complete the mould by pouring the melted chocolate 
  4. Refrigerate the chocolate and enjoy the your chocolate with flavorings.
